    • 1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Shipments Logistics (“the Company”) and its clients (“the Client”) for all diplomatic courier and logistics services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms in full.

    2. Service Scope

    Shipments Logistics provides specialized courier services for diplomatic and government agencies, including the transport of official documents, classified materials, and diplomatic pouches. Services are rendered in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and international logistics regulations.

    3. Confidentiality

    Shipments Logistics guarantees full confidentiality in the handling of all shipments. Every consignment is treated as classified material, protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or interception. All staff and contractors operate under strict confidentiality agreements.

    4. Client Obligations

    The Client shall:

    • Provide accurate and lawful shipment information.

    • Ensure that items do not breach international customs or security laws.

    • Obtain all required diplomatic clearances before dispatch.

    • Maintain compliance with relevant export, import, and transport regulations.

    Failure to meet these obligations may result in service suspension or cancellation.

    5. Liability

    While Shipments Logistics exercises the highest level of care, we are not liable for:

    • Loss or damage resulting from force majeure events (war, natural disasters, political restrictions, etc.).

    • Delays caused by customs, border authorities, or diplomatic clearance issues.

    • Misrepresentation of contents or client error.

    Our liability is limited to the declared shipment value or the applicable insurance policy.

    6. Insurance

    All diplomatic consignments are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit. Clients may request extended insurance coverage at additional cost for high-value shipments.

    7. Delivery and Tracking

    Delivery times depend on destination, security clearance, and transportation routes. Shipments Logistics provides a secure online tracking system accessible through authorized credentials only.

    8. Payment Terms

    Invoices are due prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Late or incomplete payments may delay shipment processing. All payments must be made through verified channels in approved currencies.

    9. Data Protection

    Shipments Logistics complies fully with global data protection standards, including GDPR and NDPR. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

    10. Termination of Service

    The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if the Client breaches these terms, provides false information, or violates diplomatic transport laws.

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the host jurisdiction where services are rendered. Disputes will be settled by arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration standards.

    12. Amendments

    Shipments Logistics may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be made available on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
